Chemical Tanker builds by Rendsburg Shipyard Germany for Silver chemical Transport of London
This chemical tanker of 371 feet long of DWT of 7,500 Tons speed of 14 kts was built for 5 million dollars (Canada)
for a contract with NORANDA SALES CORPORATION
The transport sulphuric acid produced by Gaspé copper mines in Murdochville loaded in Gaspé Québec Canada and unloaded principally in USA New London Connecticut and Baltimore Maryland.
That traffic was assured by SILVERPELERIN under British Flag and British crew from 1973 to 1979
After and Japan’s build tanker with Japans crew take her place NORCHEM
